What you can request
Choose a handyman visit for small home repairs and maintenance, or request a cleaning service. The available service and live price are shown in the online booking flow before payment. Rates and appointment availability can depend on the selected service and membership.
Prepare the request
- Enter the full service address in Boca Raton and describe each task you want completed.
- List relevant measurements, quantities, or material needs so the requested scope is clear.
- Include building entry, guest registration, parking, and property-manager instructions when applicable.
- Choose the service and review the current price and appointment details in the booking flow. The visit is confirmed through the platform after a professional accepts it.
For materials or additional work, confirm the cost and scope before work proceeds. Do not assume that a service booking includes materials or work outside the selected request.
Local permit and inspection reference
Boca Raton provides a dedicated One & Two Family permit checklist, with other building types handled through separate guidance. Use the checklist as a starting point and confirm requirements for your specific property and scope with the City.
